Getting Started - Managed IT Care
Starting the process of moving to Managed IT Care is one to be considered with the following recommendations.
Where To Start - Managed Care Process
- Site analysis and consultation
- Contract and Service Level Agreement Signed
- Help Desk number setup if required
- Install Managed Care Agents on Servers and Workstations to be covered.
- Setup Antivirus on server and deploy AV Agent to Desktops and Laptops covered.
- Turn over control to NOC for 24/7 Monitoring.
- Correct any agent alerts on servers, monitor desktops for performance and AV issues.
- Provide monthly reporting to client contact designated in site analysis.
When you purchase a managed care contract we require one year commitments with deposit for one full month of service. This amount will vary depending on the number of computers and servers covered initially. We will not ask for more deposit if you grow and will return the deposit to upon successful completion of our termination schedule.
IT Support For In-House IT.
We are also able to provide support services to existing In-House IT departments and personnel. Our managed care agents are available for a monthly fee separate from our consulting and hardware services.
Important Stuff!
Managed IT Care is not a substitute for old, defective or worn out equipment. Most often Managed IT care will quickly point out the deficiencies in existing equipment and upgrades to old and defective equipment are never avoided by using managed care.
